Who we are

What you buy
We sell help with one thing. Extending a South African visitor’s visa (section 11(1)). Here is what you get.
- We work out your dates from the law.
- We list the papers you need. We show both official lists, word for word.
- We make your letters and papers. They are made on your phone or computer.
- You get a summary page to print. You take it with you.
Here is what we never do.
- We do not apply for you.
- We do not book your visit to VFS.
- We are not lawyers. We do not give legal advice.
- We do not promise a yes.
We are not Home Affairs. We are not VFS. We are a private company. Home Affairs decides.
The price
One person: R1 899. A family of up to four: R2 899. VAT of 15% is in the price. You pay one time. You pay through Payfast. We never see your card. Prices can change for new customers. Your price never changes after you paid.
When the service starts
Your case opens right after you pay. The service starts at once. Paying means you agree to this fast start. We say so above the pay button.
Money back
If your visa is refused for any reason other than late filing, we pay you back in full. Send us proof of refusal and proof you applied.
There is no other refund. The law has a 7-day right (ECT Act, section 44). It is for a service not yet started. Your service starts right after you pay. You say yes to that when you pay. So the 7-day right does not apply here.
When your case closes
Your case does not stay open for ever. It closes 14 days after your visa ends. After it closes, you cannot go back in. Save your PDF before that. Your payment record stays with us. The law makes us keep it.

A computer makes your letters and papers. Check every date and name before you sign. You are responsible for what you send.
